By accessing or using InfiniLabs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Description

InfiniLabs provides lead generation services, online advertising optimization, and social network integration tools. Our services are designed to help businesses identify, engage, and convert potential customers through advanced technology and data analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the service in accordance with our acceptable use policy

4. Payment Terms

InfiniLabs operates on a pay-per-replied-lead model. Charges apply only when prospects respond meaningfully to outreach campaigns. Payment terms are as follows:

• Billing occurs monthly based on replied leads generated
• Pricing ranges from $30-$100 per replied lead based on service tier
• Auto-replies, unsubscribe requests, and spam responses do not count as replied leads
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data and the data of your prospects. Our privacy practices include:

• End-to-end encryption of all data transmissions
• Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Limited data retention periods

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InfiniLabs services are owned by InfiniLabs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, InfiniLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to users.

8. Limitation of Liability

InfiniLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. InfiniLabs reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

InfiniLabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the service interface. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
